Leather Toiletry Bag

Excellent, real, leather, attractively "distressed". Tons of room, and exterior side and bottom zip compartments add ability to pack some miscellaneous supplies without mingling them with toiletries (e.g., band-aids, nail clipper, etc.). Craftsmanship is superb -- all stitching is perfectly done, all zippers glide easily and smoothly. Designed for max ease of use -- top opens almost horizontally and interior frame keeps it open, providing easy access to contents. Lining inside is a fabric-like, water-resistant material, not the thin, low quality plastic sheet found in Chinese products. Some negative reviews mentioned the strong leather smell when they unwrapped the shrink wrapped product upon delivery -- not unusual for the leather tanning and prep process. Solution is to simply put the kit out in the sun for several hours -- worked perfectly for me. Very happy with this purchase.

The dopp kit is real leather. The stitching is without flaws. Good zipper. It is a good kit for travel. It holds enough toiletries for a long weekend. Probably not for more than a week.Smaller than I thought. Review the measurements. The top pops out to hold the sides in place while reaching into it. Nice kit bag.

This bag is well made, solid quality at a great price. I am currently traveling with it. I am taking one star off because in my opinion, it could be a bit roomier. But it is sufficient for a minimalist traveler, holding 3-5 travel sized personal care products. The compartment at the bottom is helpful. I am fond of the simple but classic design. This will last a long time.

Fell in love with this bag the first day it came in. The leather is absolutely beautiful and has that classic smell. One thing I did find odd is that the zipper pulls seem to be coated with some kind of clear coat... I'm assuming it's for corrosion resistance but I'm not sure, hopefully it wont make them slippery when trying to be used with wet hands. The functionality is great and the bag easily holds everything I need it to. One thing I would change is that the bottom pouch doesn't have any pockets or elastic of any kind, a feature that seems to be there on many of the other leather bags. I wish I would've known this before purchasing but none of the pictures showed the inside of the bottom pouch; so I just assumed they were there. I was a little disappointed to find out otherwise but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall a great bag, I would definately reccomend to anyone. I'll try to do a follow up review once I get some miles on the bag if I can remember

Smaller than I thought it would be. A lot smaller. Could used some more zippered compartments for the price. I do like that it’s leather though.
