This stool is very comfortable and easy to get on and off of. Perfect height for countertop seating and easy to put together. Very sturdy. I ordered 3 of these. One came with a crack on one leg. Cameron at this companies costumer service was great and ordered me another one right away. He said to keep the broken one for extra parts or dispose of it. Will definitely order from this company again if I see something I like. I would recommend these stools.

Ordered two of these stools for my renovated kitchen. Exactly what I was looking for. When they arrived, unfortunately there were some blemishes and cracks. Other than that, they are sturdy and comfortable. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded immediately and sent me two replacement stools right away, telling me no need to return the current ones! Excellent customer service!!

It looks lovely, but the foot bars across the bottom are very flimsy and don’t hold much weight at all…so if you’re careful and just rest your feet on the bar, it’s ok, but if you happen to adjust yourself by pressing your foot & putting pressure on the cross-bar, it snaps and breaks quite easily. That happened to mine shortly after I got it. I glued the broken piece and turned the stool so my feet now rest on an unbroken bar and I try to remember not to put any weight on it.
