Works well did the job I needed

Was a bit worried with the reviews here but I've been very impressed both with Amazon logistics (same day delivery), cheap price and works perfectly for a tiny little thing that hardly takes up any space. Just plugged it in and hey presto, my desktop now has bluetooth capabilities. Typing via my bluetooth mechanical keyboard which I'm using right now and there is no lag whatsoever. Was really easy to set up, didn't have to download any drivers, took less than 10 seconds to set up. I am a Windows 10 user, which is what I imagine the vast majority of people are.

Got this specifically for my old Windows 7 computer. Liked that it came with a mini-CD for the Win 7 driver which precluded the quicksand of trying find the right download. And it did install and achieve semi-functionality - by which I mean I managed to transfer some photos from my phone, but with a lack of any indication that the transfer was happening until a discreet little massage appeared bottom right of screen telling me it was all done. Then tried to pair with bluetooth mouse - which showed up in Device Manager but didn't work, then disappeared entirely. Decided to try uninstalling the driver and re-installing. This time it refused to install, and carried on refusing till I gave up. It probably works fine on Windows 10. And there is Microsoft mention on the net of this sort of problem with bluetooth and Windows 7. They say there's a fix but it 'may' need more testing - i.e. it might work but it'll screw up eight other things on your computer. Can't understand why people aren't walking round in teeshirts emblazoned with things 'Just Stop Microsoft' and 'Say No to Windows 11'. Anyway, I probably won't return this, as little firms like ZEXMTE are as much Microsoft's stool pigeons as we are.

OK after seeing the mixed reviews of pretty much all of the USB Bluetooth receivers I happen to look at the recommended ones of 2021 and this was 2nd on the list. Right I am running windows 10 x64 Pro and I plugged the receiver in and windows instantly recognised it..... But when I tried to add a device my PC reset itself, not a good start I thought to myself. Anyway I tried again and went to add a device, namely a dualsense controller and it connected instantly with no PC reset. I have been playing for about an hour and I have had no problems, the response time is very good and other than the reset issue I have no complaints at all.

It is plugandplay on Win 10. No driver needed, but those who need one according to their reviews might download it directly from realtek as the dongle uses a realtek chipset.

I bought this adapter to use at work. Not gonna lie, I have tons of idle time at work and I mainly use that time to listen to educational podcasts or to watch lectures on YouTube. Before I bought this, I was using my bluetooth earbuds to listen and watch things on my phone. With this adapter, I can add bluetooth connectivity to our computers at work. It saves my phone battery and looks a lot more like I'm working (which is all my supervisors care about) than having my phone out. I basically bought this adapter on a whim just to see if I could get it to work with the work computers. These computers are maxed out with all of the windows enterprise security functions. None of the wifi adapters I've tried work at all on these computers so I was very skeptical as to whether this would even work. To my surprise, there was almost no setup required and the plug and play functionality proved to be true. I liked the adapter so much that I bought a second one to use with my home computer. This adapter has worked almost flawlessly in every computer I've plugged it into. This includes both Windows 10 and Ubuntu Linux. It even worked in the terrible aftermarket USB 3 card in my server and both the factory usb ports and the Usb 3 expresscard in my Ubuntu laptop. I will mention the 2 problems that I have experienced. After I got the second adapter, I stopped paying attention to which adapter I was using and windows did not like this. If I wasn't using the same adapter as I was using when I paired a device, windows would refuse to connect and it would refuse to delete the device. This was resolved by switching to the other adapter. Another reviewer mentioned terrible audio quality, which I disagree with. The audio quality has been great with every device I've used but one. One of the computers at work does not play nicely with this adapter for some reason. About 50% of the time, the audio ends up being slightly distorted. This I've found not to be a problem with the adapter but with the computer. I have no idea how to fix it but out of the 10+ computers I've used this on, there was one that didn't like it. There may be a way to fix the audio quality on that computer but I don't have administrator privileges on that computer so I basically just avoid using it on that computer. All told, this was one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon. It's not often that I buy more than one of the same product. If you need an easy way to add Bluetooth functionality to any computer, I highly doubt you will end up regretting your purchase.

Perfettamente compatibile con Linux Mint 20, una volta avviato il sistema basta inserire la chiavetta e da menu (l’equivalente dello start in Windows) basta cercare Bluetooth. Una volta fatto, in basso a destra compare l’icona del bluetooth e, dal prossimo avvio, il bluetooth si avvierà automaticamente.

Please see the update below After installing the software form the cd I found it not working I tried to hook it up in several usb port but it is like piece of plastic the computer can't see it I wish if I could get refund and return it The update: I got help from Wendy (the technical support) Wendy helped me to find what is the problem with the BT after trying and following her directions, we found that the BT need to be replaced with a new one Immediately a new one was sent to me and working fine and no problem with it Thanks Wendy for your patience in dealing with the my issue And yes I recommend this BT and the company that cares about their customers
