Will it stick by itself?

No it does not stick to your skin. It’s designed with a grip to hold it under your eye as you apply your eye makeup so no damaging adhesive is required.

Is it a pair of patches or just one?

It’s just one, you only need one as it’s reusable and made from food grade silicone for an easy clean with soap and water. The design is symmetrical so you can use it on both eyes without cleaning it during the same use (hold it under your eye as you apply makeup which is made easy with the grip).
