More energy. Love the added coconut for electrolytes and hydration. Added bonus for the focus. I drink this, workout then study and feel motivated and on fire. Easier gains for clean bulking as I’m not much of a meat eater and typically struggle getting enough protein in for muscle growth without adding on too much fat weight. I ordered the Cherry Limeade and think it tastes great, mind you for a supplement anyway. Sure it’s a little sweet for my normal taste but it’s certainly not anything I have to force down. More like a Crystal Lite flavor.
