Can this be used on motorcycle chains

I wouldn’t recommend this grease for use on chains. This grease is best on bearings and parts that have metal to metal contact.

Good for fishing reels?

If a grease is recommended for the fishing reel, PJ1 waterproof grease is a good one to use.

would this work well for bicycle bearings, etc?

Yes. This grease is the best product available. It is safe to use with teflon bearings as well as metal. This is the pretty much the only grease I use.
