Will this stain your clothes if you use it on your neck? I noticed it has a light tint which is why I ask.

I put it on the neck but makes sure that it does not touch the cloths, 'I suppose it will stain it. Otherwise it is exelent I uses it for years....

It is suibtle for oily skin?

I don't think so, the formula is thin but very radiant it might be to much for oily skin I love it but I have very dry skin.

What are the active ingredients? They list the ingredients but there's nothing listed there that looks like it's protecting the skin from uva/uvb ligh

Its broad spectrum 100% mineral sunscreen,active ingredient :TITANIUM DIOXIDE 6,3% and ZINC OXIDE 4,0%

Does this product help in covering up small broken blood vessels? Or fade them before putting on a foundation? Thank you.

This is more like a tinted moisturizer than a foundation, so it will cover to some extent but not to the same degree as a foundation will. I like it a lot because it's very light especially in hot weather, and it doesn't leave your skin greasy or shiny. I feel like it gives me protection from the sun and a bit of a foundation-like coverage but without being heavy. I hope this helps.
