Absolutely OUTSTANDING job!! Ordered 5lb of Wisconsin Brick. I'm on the west coast, an Expat from Wisconsin, and when you need WI cheese, you NEED WI cheese, especially brick cheese! I chose Cheesers, and they did not fail me! The price is reasonable and affordable, the shipping was next day, shipped super fast, packed with care AND PROPER COOLING! The cheese is flawless, its perfect and is exactly what I need! Very high quality, delicious, creamy melty greatness that only WI brick can deliver. Perfect for Detroit style pizza
I wanted to try making Detroit style pizza and this cheese is what I read makes it authentic. The cheese arrived quickly and well packed and insulated with ice packs. And the pizza turned out perfect

Ultimate pizza cheese!
I recently started to learn making pizza from scratch. This involved research on making dough, sauce and what cheeses work best. Mozzarella has long been the “go to” cheese and I do use shredded and fresh mozzarella. But this cheese melts better than mozzarella but more importantly has more flavor. If I could only have one cheese for pizza, this is it!

This is great out of the package. High quality cheese. Great flavor on my deep dish pizzas. I feel guilty given this a 4 star rating as that is unfair to the actual product. However, the added shipping cost makes the purchase price a bit high. That said, I can't buy this anywhere locally, so I will definitely buy again as needed.

Great for Detroit style pizza!
First time trying Wisconsin brick cheese. The product was shipped fast and well packaged with freezer packs to keep it cool. I had been making Detroit pizza with a blend cheeses. This cheese put it over the top. For me the taste is like white cheese curds that are pressed into a block. I’m very happy with my purchase!
