Don't try. the battery drains within 2 hours. the internal structure is loose . Seller not replacing.

The phone is not dual sim although it is advertised. The pen air actions such as taking a photo with a click do not work and no other pen from Note 20 can be recognized either. Upon deeper investigation, it was discovered that it is because the motherboard is damaged. Furthermore, the battery is swollen, which is extremely dangerous while using and charging the device. The IMEI is intended for Korean market and may cause issues while using internationally. This is the first time I purchased a mobile phone on Amazon and definitely the last. Since it was a gift purchased in advance, I cannot even return it anymore. It is much safer to buy from official retailers.

The Note20 is fast and responsive, and the S Pen works very well (which is why I bought this phone), so it is an overall good phone. However, I was a bit disappointed by the fact that it does not have a good battery life (it goes from full charge to about 25% within 12 hours). This happens when I do not even use power-hungry apps like Zoom for video calls, which cause the phone to overheat if I support the phone against a surface. However, if I hold the phone in my hand while attending a Zoom meeting, it does not overheat. So overall, it is a good phone but it could have been better without its battery and overheating issues.

Amazing phone, great size, great camera, super fast (for the things I do) and love the S pen functions

Bought as a warehouse deal during Black Friday so superb price which made the phone better value. More Rose Gold than Bronze in colour to my eyes but still good. Camera is superb and the zoom works well when you keep it in the normal 10x range. Software updates are regular at the moment and One UI 3 launched recently. Full UK model direct from Amazon. S Pen useful for cut and pasting from sites in to messages and emails. Handwriting seems to have improved from previous Note 9 too. Screen is good and clear. Enjoying using it so far.

Had one of these before then got a z fold, what a mistake. Got this for an amazing price and even though it isn't the UK model it makes no difference and it does so much. Great battery life, use the 85% max charge function and lasts all day. Great qualify and looks great, also very light

I don't normally go for phones as expensive as this one and people look at me as if I've gone mad when I tell them the price, but at the end of the day, phones aren't just phones anymore, especially this one. You can turn this into a computer, the camera is better than my actual cameras, it's the place I store all my music on, I've used this as notepad to write down shopping lists for family, I do all my shopping on there and everything else. I'm very happy with my phone, I've never had a Samsung phone before. I'm not someone who sticks with the same brands, I've had all sorts and this is by far the best. I don't see myself replacing this phone in a hurry but if I do, I'd stick with Samsung. Battery is ok, not brilliant as it does go down quite fast when you're using it as much as I do. It does come with a super fast charger though and charge time is very quick with that, I put it on charge when it's really low and come back to it in about half hour and shocked every time when I see it at 100%, so it's a godsend if you're like me and forget to charge your phone and don't like to leave it on over night. If you don't use the plug that came with the phone however, you'll be waiting hours and hours, even if you have a super fast charging lead. The plug is important. There is one snag I have about this phone however. My last phone I could effortlessly pay with my phone, but on this one I had to get the Curve app. I was nervous of this at first as I've never heard of a Curve card but I got it, loaded it on my phone, had problems with it and I had to get involved with customer services a few times, and I still have trouble paying on my phone. It could be the cover on my phone, but I don't want to keep taking the cover off for it to 'might' work so I just use my card. My confidence paying with my phone is gone. Overall though, best phone I've ever had.
