So good I bought a second!
I added the Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Aggregation to my network setup to serve as the backbone between multiple systems—including both Mac and PC workstations—and I’m thoroughly impressed.⚡ PerformanceThis thing is a beast. Transfer speeds are insanely fast, with large file transfers between my editing machines and storage servers flying across the network with zero hiccups. I routinely push multi-gig files between systems, and it hasn’t missed a beat.🔌 DeploymentI'm using a mix of 10G copper (RJ45 via SFP+ modules) and multimode fiber in my setup, and the switch handles both types seamlessly. Hot-swapping and link negotiation have been smooth, with zero downtime.🛠️ IntegrationLike most UniFi gear, setup through the controller was quick and easy. The web interface gives you full visibility and control. VLAN configuration, link aggregation, and port monitoring were simple to dial in.✅ ProsFull 10GbE across all 8 SFP+ portsWorks flawlessly with both Mac and PCSupports both copper and fiber connectionsSilent, fanless operationEasy UniFi integration and managementConsNo built-in RJ45 ports for management (but expected—just be sure to get the right SFP+ modules)If you're running a mixed-platform network and need a reliable 10G aggregation layer, this is a fantastic choice—especially at this price point. It’s fast, stable, and just works.Highly recommended for prosumers, content creators, and small business networks.

Works well for me (but note - 1G/10G only)
Excuse my poor photos, but I am really happy with this switch. It has great value for the price to add multi-gig speeds into your network. It seems many reviewers had issues with this switch but my experience was positive. I have it connected to a UDM pro, two different Cisco switches, one 10G Intel RJ45 NIC, one Intel SFP NIC, and one broadcom SFP NIC. I get proper negotiation to 10G with all of those connections and appear to get getting close to 10G actual throughput on all of those links (though - I haven't tested more than two at the same time).Do note that as stated in the manual and product page on Ubiquiti's site this switch will only work with 1G OR 10G in each slot. If you want sub-10G the switch will not negotiate properly and you will get strange behavior and packet errors. However, if that is important to you, there are some RJ45 transceivers that appear to handle this problem well. The Mikrotik S+RJ10 is one of those. It appears to negotiate 10G on the SFP side and whatever other speed you need on the RJ side and handle the link between those two ends with no packet loss or throughput sacrifice. But, that isn't "officially" supported so if you plan on using that heavily this probably is not the switch for you. I have tried 3 other SFP transceivers and they did not work properly at sub-10G multigig speeds.

Definitely the best, cheap, unifi 10Gb switch
Installed it as my new core switch at home. I have 2x 10Gb NAS servers, 1x 10Gb desktop, 1x 10Gb edge router, and a couple 2.5Gb computers on multi-gig copper RJ45 adapters. Works well and only uses > 8 watts without the copper adapters (about 10 with the 3 adapters idle).Limitations to keep in mind: only supports 4 10Gb RJ45 copper adapters at a time due to heat and power limitations, 2.5 / 5Gb adapters will work but the switch does not let you rate limit the outbound speed to match (can cause some weird pocket loss behavior that can potentionally be an issue, though it hasn't yet for me).
