My favorite rehydration powder
I keep buying these because they are so good. The flavours are great but not too sweet and have a nice variety. Due to health issues I need to use electrolytes and have found these to be the best for me.

Pretty good
These made me go to bathroom... It's good if you suffer from constipation lol... They taste pretty good but they're not fizzy at all

Need to use 2 packs in 12 oz of water.
Not economical because of 2 packs per 12 oz bottle of water. Goes twice as fast and costs the same as others. 32 servings is really 18. So basically if using 12 oz of water it’s $1.83 per serving. Liquid ** is 1 pack per 12oz water. That is $1.55 per serving. Not really a huge difference, but I think the Liquid ** tastes better. It does however have a small amount of sugar at 45 cal per serving. But I hate the taste AND aftertaste of artificial sweeteners. Half of the hydration products don’t mention artificial sweeteners, but use them. You will find out with your first sip. I have wasted money. Kind of sneaky if you ask me.

Good Product
The product works well for me. It's not a hype-up product like some others. The product provides a subtle increase in energy and is a great way to hydrate after a good exercise. I will buy this product again, as long as the ingredients remain the same.

I’ve been getting this monthly for over a year! My husband and I run out every month. Its a great way to make sure you stay hydrated especially in todays busy world. My favorite is the strawberry lemonade and his is the orange!
