Have shipping methods to the US improved? Are they still just crumbles?

We received a shipment with a lot of crumbled biscuits. It's the packaging: we received our three-pack stuffed in one of the thin plastic envelopes, so the biscuits were doomed for destruction. I wish we could somehow put in a request for better packaging.
