Works very well + taste good too
These taste good. The chewable form is super convenient and dissolves easily. These are great especially for someone like me who does not like swallowing pills. The combo of Vitamin C, Zinc, and other vitamins is a boost to my immune system. I’ve noticed a significant difference in how I feel. I do feel more energized and alert throughout the day. This will make you feel better if you have a cold, and prevent you from getting one in the first place. I love the strong flavor, but some people might not. In that case, buy the fizzy tablets.

ADULT DAILY DOSAGE: 4 TABLETS
I really wish I had read the fine print on how many tablets an adult needs to take. I thought this price was great until I got the vitamins today and directions for adults are 4 TABLETS!!! This bottle won’t last long when 2 adults are taking this daily. Not a bad taste BUT 4 vitamins is a lot to chew!!!
