Genius tool
I love this tool! As a novice woodworker I appreciate its simplicity. It’s easy to use and well made. The instructions for use are clear and easy to follow. It works on a variety of board widths. Kreg is quality you can rely on.

Great for small jobs!
Used it for cutting composite decking for our porch. Cuts came out perfect. I accidentally cut the end off one of the tabs but there was enough left to still use…my fault. Keep your fingers away from the tabs when cutting and you won’t do what I did. The rubber keeps the jig from moving with little pressure.

Straight cuts
This tool allows you to cut multiple sizes of wood straight or at a 45. Seems durable and it grips the wood so it will not slip while cutting. I have cut 2x6's with it and it fit well and functions like it should. Money well spent.

A VERY handy tool!
Kreg, known for its handy and very accurate tools, has won my heart with their portable crosscut guide. It's so accurate and easy to use that I turn to it before using my table saw for cutting 2x4 supports. It has helped me speed up my processing time without losing any accuracy. It's a real bargain!

Works but may slow you down if you're good with a saw
A little difficult to hold and cut. But I can see it being very helpful for novice saw operators

Yet another great Kreg product!
Kreg deliveries as usually, it works great and helps keep the cuts straight. Durable product, grips the surface and doesn't slide, it would not do as delivered for making straight cuts with another material, it would be to heavy and way more expensive.

Every wood worker should have this tool ! It's great Kreg quality. Very handy for circular saw to make straight cuts and 45s. Make your life easier and makes projects better to boot.
