Is this acid free?, and is this thick enough for color pencil?

I can't find a yes or no about acid free, but it is certainly thick enough for color pencils. If I could post pics, I did a few doodles to show you, but I'm not seeing an option to add the pics. :-(

what does it mean by glued paper?

Means it's glued at the top like a a check book is..

Will posca markers and alcohol marker bleed?
