I originally posted the following two star review, because my mop stopped working. The seller reached out to me, and replaced my mop. I have changed my review to 5 stars, because it is an excellent mop, and the customer service from the seller was also amazing!Previous review: I absolutely loved this mop at first! The last time I used it though, it squirted the first time, then wouldn’t squirt again. I’m only using vinegar and water, so nothing that would clog. I took it all apart, and put it back together, but still no luck. I would like to contact seller, to see how to fix. I would be happy to change my review, if I can get this mop working again. I just purchased it in January.

This simple mop really impressed me with its practicality and efficiency. Even without a bucket, it’s lightweight, easy to handle, and cleans various floor types very well. The handle is ergonomic, making cleaning less tiring. The microfiber pad absorbs a lot of dirt and is easy to wash and reuse, which saves money. It’s perfect for quick everyday cleaning, especially in smaller spaces. Although it’s a basic model, it does its job very well and feels durable. This mop is really great. I got it because he could put any type of soap in it and not have to buy expensive detergent from a brand. Putting it together was very easy and fill it with my detergent was easy. The only downside is that it drips a little bit when the container is at full capacity, but after a couple uses, it doesn’t seem to drip anymore. The mop pads wash up pretty easy and it does a great job at cleaning up.

This cleaner works ok as long as you push it forward. You cannot use it as you use traditional mop. Meaning, you cannot clean by rotating the mop around as you can with traditional mop. Because if you mop circular, you will just make a mess with the dirt in floor. So, you will have to push the mop forward so the dirt goes with it as well. Also, you should vaccum the floor so there isn't much dirt on the floor. Meaning, this mop is not so good if you have too much dirt on the floor.

I have a similar mop but without the attached solution sprayer and that mop is now forgotten in the cleaning closet. I used to carry a spray bottle with either water or floor cleaning solution when I mopped the floors, and that was so very inconvenient and hard to hold both the bottle and the mop. I wish I would have gotten this mop sooner and saved myself from the struggle. The spray sprays in the front of the mop so you can see where you sprayed. Plus, it maneuvers well in the hard to reach places. I like the reusable mop pads because they wash easily and dry fast. Highly, highly recommend this mop.

I was looking for something simple that I could use with either water or my own non-toxic solution. This was perfect at first. But after just 4 months or so, the sprayer stopped working.

Update*The seller reached out to me to offer a full refund for getting a faulty product. I said all I want is a product that works and they shipped me a new one right away! So far it’s been working great. I believe I just got a faulty product the first time.Old review…It worked great and I was happy with my purchase until 4 months later when it stopped spraying. Nothing I do can get it to spray again, something is wrong with the internal mechanism so ultimately it is a waste of money.
