This made a great gift. It’s one of those things that’s actually cool and practical at the same time. Works well and feels like something you’ll keep around for a long time. Definitely a good little pickup.

It's a cool looking lighter. I haven't had any problems with leakage. It takes some practice to get the striking speed and angle right. It doesn't hold a lot of fluid so doesn't last very long on a fill. and it's easy to overfill so when you put the cap on the excess gets pushed out. the wicking burns down fairly quickly. Also, it produces a lot more flame than is necessary to light a cigarette. But, that may be a good thing for a pipe smoker. I don't know. One thing I didn't think about when i purchased it. It takes two hands to light so you can't use it while driving. overall, I keep it with me. But in standard practice I use the trusty bic. I only use this when somebody else asks for a light. as a conversation piece.

It looks cool but it is complete garbage. The wick and scraper got stuck inside the tube. I took it apart, spilling the lighter fluid inside. Had to take the bottom off to push the parts through the top to get them out. Replaced the wick and scraper and it worked a couple of times before the wick and scraper are stuck inside again. Not going to bother taking it apart again. This thing is garbage. There are others that don't look as cool but are better than this.

Pros: It's a great concept, It works as advertised. It looks very cool No leaks Cons: It doesn't hold much fluid The wick is being used up faster than expected The thin striker on the side is wearing out fast, if used often it won't last a year. Build quality could improve (it's not bad tho) Overall for the price it's nice and people love it, I will probably buy another one when this one is gone.

I saw reviews saying it didn't work well but for the price, decided to give it a try. It works great!! It lights on the first try once you get the hang of it, and if you keep it tightly sealed the fluid doesn't evaporate. I've not had to fill it twice yet. It is difficult to extinguish you need to blow it out rather than shake but that isn't a flaw given it's supposed to be like a match. Hopefully it lasts a long time because I love it. See video! UPDATE: Have had this for over a month and it still works perfectly! Only needed to refill once and once I had to pull the wick longer. One of the best purchases i've ever made on Amazon for the price and usefulness. I love it.

Well i didn't exactly know what to expect but I didn't realize it had a wick it in. ..but Im getting used to it and it IS cool!..VERY unique and VERY different. I have a soft spot for freaky lighters. If YOU do as well, give it a try!!

I like this item very much. For camping or as a match for lighting boilers and pilot lights for my trade, this is a handy tool to have. Fill with fluid, close it up and hang it on your tool bag or backpack and you’ll have fire whenever you need. Large flame initially, I’m sure as the wick burns down the flame will drop as well but if you use as directed it should last a very long time before the wick needs replacing. Striker will take a minute or two to work in and start throwing sparks as you find your angle but once you find the right speed and angle you’ll get consistent results. Highly recommend. Stylish item that keeps you ready to start a fire wherever you may need it!!

Un peu difficile à allumer, mais après 2 semaines sans l'avoir utilisé, il allume encore sans avoir besoin de remettre de l'essence...Donc, pour moi c’est bon...
