Have used these approx 3yrs now and has taken that long to show growth to my thinning hair but at least double the thickness it was where a bobble would be for a pony tail. My nails were bendy and had a crack on thumb nail for donkies but now nails are so strong now I can use to open the latch on tins whereas used to bend so had to use implement. Rarely get broken nails now in fact often have to trim them now which is a novelty for me as were always bending/breaking. Taken longer than I'd hoped but well worth the wait

Ok, this product does what it says. My baby hair appears stronger and thicker, and my hair length is much better. This come from two months after usage.I have given three stars as biotin does not mention on the lable that it can produce a high thyroid reading on a blood test. Might sound daft, but I ended up being prescribed a life long tablet due to this sudden increase. I think it should be mentioned

I lost so much hair after a psoriasis flare up. I've never had thin hair and it affected my self esteem so much. I tried these not thinking they would actually work, but I started taking them in February, it's now may. I only take 1 pill a day and not the 2 that's recommended. I've been taking these for a month and in the last week I have noticed that the health of my nails has significantly improved.
