It serves this purpose. I was able to store my remote control cars in it. It fit perfectly. I waited to the rain to pass to verify if it is in fact waterproof. Thumbs up. Everything stay dry inside. Assembly was a breeze. It was assembled in about five minutes or less. It’s sturdy enough for a lightweight person to sit on it. We use it to put our drinks on. It’s definitely worth the price. The only thing I wish it had was more sizes. Some areas one might one taller, others may want longer. All in all, it’s a good purchase for outdoor storage. I can imagine that a person that does gardening would enjoy this. Thanks

I ordered the two pack of these storage benches for a bit over $100, making them about $50 each. They arrived 24 hours after I ordered them. I had them both assembled in less than 15 minutes (no tools needed). I am really, really impressed with how sturdy they are. They will easily support a 250 plus person. I suspect the folks claiming they are not sturdy are not snapping them together properly. The assembly is intuitive but the instruction are clear, taking you step by step. The grey looks really nice and neutral and each will easily store a dozen or more beach towels. I much prefer the smaller footprint of these for my pool deck (rather than the big deck box) and the fact that they double as extra seats is just fantastic. At this price and quality I will be ordering more!

Clutter was collecting on my deck and it was starting to make my eyeball twitch. Truth be told, I picked this item because I wanted something inexpensive and this was one of the least expensive options with the best reviews. A lot of the other deck storage boxes were large, expensive, and bulky. This doesn't take up a lot of space, but offers a decent amount of storage. Also, it is so easy to put together my 8 year old did it in 10 minutes. I did feel like the quality of all the pieces was slightly lacking but for $50, you really can't beat it. It is pretty sturdy once it's assembled. I would for sure get a second one if and when I need it.

I bought a same, but light-medium tan, Suncast storage box just shy of 20 years ago and it has held up exceptionally well for storing gardening supplies. It is a little weathered but occasional washing would have kept an even cleaner appearance. This medium-dark gray is perfect for my deck to store a couple of outside seat pillows and deck furniture protective cover. I do not hesitate to leave it out year-round in New England. Great value for a simple and long-lasting, nicely molded storage seat box. Yes, it easily supports my weight about 75 kg

The Suncast 22-Gallon Small Deck Box is just what I needed for our new patio. We have covers for 1 couch and 3 chairs. Once they dry off, I thought it would be nice to be able to store them. This box is the right size to hold all 4 covers. I can push them down and add other items - like the lighter and fire starting material for our fire pit. The only reason I looked at the assembly directions was to get the right piece on the top and bottom and correct sides facing out. It was super easy to assemble with no tools needed and, when it rains, the inside of this box stays completely dry. You can get a bigger box, but they get expensive quick. You SHOULD look at what you want to put in an outdoor storage box, get out a tape measure and make sure you understand how big the box will be - and how big it isn't. This box is small, but it's the right size for our patio furniture covers and some other small items.

Perfect size and fits perfectly on our deck. Easy to put together.

I bought this little thing in August 2021. This is a great little storage box. I use it to store my pool chemicals that I need daily access to. Highly recommended.

Great product to store a few items. Super easy to build and very solid and water proof. Can also be used as a bench, I really like this product! The test will be to see if it can survive the canadien winter!

Size is great and box is durable.

I have tried before to get weatherproof outside storage (Keter boxes) but have found them to be of poor quality. We live on the coast with plenty of rain and wind. I was so impressed with the quality of the construction of this one that I bought another one pretty quickly and I have been delighted with both - one for garden tools and one for BBQ stuff. Very easy to put together. I have only had them for a few weeks but they have survived some pretty miserable weather so I am really impressed.
