These last forever are very exfoliating but not drying at all. This planet does not need any more plastic packing!

Literally no scent, doesn’t dry out my skin and leaves it really soft and smooth. I wet my face, wet the bar well and rub the bar over my face and then well in the my hands - then proceed to wash my face. It takes a time or two getting used to the application but I’m really pleased. With once a day usage, one single bar (there are three in the box) lasted well over a month, maybe longer). The last couple of days, I was working with crumbs but I’m pleased to have found something that doesn’t come in a plastic bottle and works so well for my skin. I have the shampoos, moisturizers, and kitchen dish soap/laundry soap and I’m impressed with everything I’ve used.

Gentle, effective, lightly fragranced cleansing bar. It foams just a little and leaves skin feeling fresh and comfortable.

Love this! Great for oily skin. It cleans and removes oils and debris without drying out my skin. Plus it is so soft! The clay in it is very fine so it doesn’t feel abrasive at all. I buy this product recurrently. I will go back to buying straight from Ethique’s website though. Amazon ships it in a plastic mailer, which completely spits on the point of Ethique’s sustainable business model. I love that Ethique is a B corp. good stuff down the line. Make sure you have a soap stand to set it on! These used to come in 4 smalller pieces but have since switched to 2 larger pieces. No big issue since you are left with less soap scraps. But it makes having a soap stand more important! It will be used up very quickly if you leave it in water. Let it dry between uses with a soap stand or soap bag. It lasts me a long time like this. (Really you should do that with all of your bar soaps, never let them stand in water or you will find that they disappear quickly)

I ended up purchasing this after trying the Face Sampler out. I wasn't looking for another skin care product, but more so looking to give up the bottles. I've never had amazing results with any skin care products I've used in the past so I figured why not try it and at least find something better for the environment. I was never expecting to fall in LOVE! I began using the In Your Face bar along with the Saving Face Serum and within just a couple days my skin was clearer. (I'm 37 and I've been a glassblower for 10 years now. The heat and contaminants have done a number on my skin. I had never had skin problems until starting this profession but have been dealing with black heads, break outs and dry skin ever since.) I have been using the In Your Face bar, Saving Face Serum and The Perfector moisturizer bar for about 2 months now and I am beyond clear skined. I did not have any trouble with breakouts after the first week like I have with other products. My skin has been clear, soft and more evenly toned too. I have gotten several compliments in the past couple weeks too. The sampler In Your Face bar lasted about 3 weeks, the Saving Face Serum lasted about 5 weeks, and I still have about 1/3 of the Perfector bar left. I did get a box of 4 oval shaped In Your Face bars instead of the large single bar. I'm glad I did since it is easier to travel with and have a bar at the sink and one in the shower too. Overall, I am AMAZED and so grateful that there is finally something that works for my skin type. And to be natural, earth, and animal friendly makes this one of my favorite companies ever. I would definitely recommend this and their sampler to everyone. You just might be so incredibly glad you did!
