Best yeast you can buy.....bake some bread and try it!!!!!!
I always buy their millet so decided to try their yeast. I think I made a couple of mistakes, but yet came out with the best bread. It is so easy to use and works well. Will always have it on hand now.

Needs to be kept in refrigerator
The package says no refrigeration needed just store in a cool dry place. I stored mine in a cool dry place, but half way through the bag something starting going off. My bread started smelling and tasting off bringing back bad memories and making me sick. Then I realized it was the yeast. It does need to be kept in the refrigerator for best results. I put the remaining yeast in the refrigerator, let it sit and chill out for a day then made some bread. The bread turned out great. No off smell or taste.I love the individual packets instead of the jar. With the packets I'm not wasting any yeast. Great price, and quality from a trusted brand.
