It’s just a file, but, very low quality.
The edge of the file is as crooked as a dogs leg! Gave it and extra star because it was cheap. Wish I would have paid more.

Packed well and appears to be good quality with pronounced teeth. I was taken back that it was larger than I expected but I may have missed the length in the description. I look forward to using it and if I have a different opinion after usage, I will update.
