If you want the authentic Chinese flavour then this is what you need
Love cooking Chinese food and one of my favourites from the takeaway has always been chicken with white mushroom, so decided to give it a go at home following some online recipes but not matter how many time it just didn't taste like the takeaways.I then found a YouTube channel specialising in Chinese cooking and they said MSG is needed for that authentic Chinese taste so I bought some from Amazon and wow were they right, I'm still perfecting my cooking but it really does now taste like the takeaway.I know that MSG is frowned up on but you use very small amounts in the cooking and I'm not cooking Chinese food everyday.

Good Value
Good value! Hard to find MSG on the supermarket shelf so had to resort to Amazon. Lovely flavour and value for money. Only downside is had to re-pot it as the package isn't resealable. Not a problem but something to be aware of.

Amazing!
Magic flavour powder!I use old India a lot as my go-to spice and flavour emporium after an obsessively jumping into a lockdown curry and Chinese cooking YouTube tutorial frenzy. My house now smells like a takeaway facilitated by Old India’s myriad ingredient range and prompt service.Their MSG is nice and fine and even enhances foods like stew and spag Bol. People now think I’m a culinary God due to the enhanced flavour of my cooking, which is actually a pain as I don’t really like people.

Well it's safe to say you won't need to buy MSG again after this. You only need a pinch for a big meal, so there's probably a thousand years worth of meals in here lol, I'd say that was good value for money.

Love it!
I got this for when I make my fried rice and honestly, I won't eat rice without it anymore. It gives it a *takeaway* taste, it makes rice so much better! And the price of it for the size of the bag is such a bargain!
