Time to throw out that old fan!!
I'm not sure where to even begin, lol. We've bought many pedestal fans over the years and none have been as amazing as this fan, right out of the box.Firstly, set up is simple!!! Attached the base, which very simply and easily snaps into place and it's ready to go. No screws needed. No screwdriver.Secondly, Set up to the wifi was simple and very quick. Follow the included instructions and it's up and running un under a minute. It's another app on my phone but I'm not too bothered. Also connected it to my Alexa and can voice control it as well. That was also very quick and very simple setup.Lastly, the air flow from this is fan is IMPRESSIVE to say the least. It's outperforming my 1 year old Lasko fan without even trying.Never heard of Dreo before this purchase but I can assure you, I'll tell anyone who will listen to buy one of these fans instead. Considering getting one for our bedroom and office now as well. I Highly highly recommend this product

Strong & Quiet. Buttons Hard To See.
My wife & I really like the power of this fan. It moves a lot of air & is pretty quiet. We decided to but another one for a different room, and probably more during Prime Days (if they are discounted). Our only complaint is that the buttons are hard to see on both the fan & the remote, especially at night. I would be willing to pay more if the manufacturer would illuminate the buttons.

Best fan!
Best fan, great price, even better life!We had our fan for a little over 5 years now. Continual every day it was on full speed. We'd take it outside once a month to blow out all the dust it would collect. We loved it so much im back buying 2 more!

Impressive
Very happy with this fan. It has 6 speeds and is very powerful. I was surprised I didn’t have to put it on 4, 5 or 6 to feel any wind. I also like that it has a remote control and the digital screen turns off so it keeps the bedroom dark. I plan on buying another one for my living room.

A good fan for moving air but I settled on a different brand with a more soothing sound for sleeping
I purchased this Dreo 42" towerfan as well as the Levoit 36" tower but ended up keeping the Levoit. Both are easy to operate with simple, functional control buttons. They both have a silent mode (buttons don't beep when you press them) which I appreciate. I like that the control buttons are on top of the Levoit vs on the side of the Dreo. Just makes it a little easier to use them on top vs on the side. Neither of them move the amount of air of an old-school floor fan but they're both adequate in that respect and it's nice to not have to bend down to reach the controls like you would on a floor fan. I'd say if your main concern is how much air the fan is able to move, the Dreo is a little stronger than the Levoit. And with this being a fan, that would certainly be a valid reason for some folks. But for me, I bought it for my bedroom and it came down to the fan noise. To my ears, the Levoit produces a more soothing sound than the Dreo, making it a better choice for sleeping. The Dreo's sound is more high pitched, while the Levoit's sound is at a lower register. I'd say the Dreo is white noise, while the Levoit is a more pleasant brown noise. If you're not familiar with the difference between white and brown noise, there's another Google search rabbit hole for you...lol. Overall, both are good fans, both move a fair amount of air with the Dreo a little better in that respect. I chose the Levoit because of the more soothing sound it made for my bedroom. Hope this helps.

Sturdy, quiet and covers a lot of space
I was hesitant about spending almost $100 on a fan but I have used this fan for less than 24 hours and I already can see the value of it. First of all, it’s pretty tall! It covers a wide range of space even if it’s not oscillating. The six speeds are pretty cool. Even as you go up in speed the fan is relatively quiet, not louder than a passing breeze outside. Haven’t played around with the timer or modes yet but overall I like the fan. It’s strong and sturdy. The assembly was slightly annoying but that was because I tried to attach the two bases to the fan first when you’re supposed to connect them to each other, then the fan. Other than that everything was fine! I also enjoy the remote it makes life easier. I already ordered a second one.

Quiet fan
Fan is very quiet even at its highest setting. While I don’t care all that much for the touch sensitive controls the fan is still quiet enough for sleeping. Now whether it will last for a couple of years only time will tell.
