Works as its supposed to.
It is practical, easy to install and does what it is supposed to. I bought it because I have a two story home with one heating/cooling unit and 2 thermastats and teen kids who kept changing the upstairs. After installing and locking the device, I no longer worry about them changing the temperture.

The price was right so I figured why not. Installed easy enough and looked fine. But after a couple times of use we couldn't get the key to work (either one). Had to break it open to get to my thermostat.
