I got severe cramps in my leg after consuming it.

This helped my cystic acne definitely, it was getting out of hand, within a few weeks I stopped getting them except for 1 or 2 mild ones close to my period as used to be normal for me. It helped decrease the length of time my breasts were sore, and I swear it made them look bigger on average which is awesome. Cramps weren't as strong either, and it's hard to say if the pills were the cause but it may have helped stabilize my mood. My only issue was how it delayed my period. I could tell it was supposed to be starting for 4 days, I had mild cramps, brown discharge, but the blood wouldn't flow. I do not worry about pregnancy because I have a copper IUD but I wanted to get my period over with. Period itself hurt pretty bad first day but stopped and then normalized. All in all it relieved my PMS but did not improve the period itself.

I’ve heard this pill works wonders for some people. For me it unfortunately triggered a lot of acne and also lead me into a similar state of anxiety and depression that I experience when on birth control.

I bought this to help regulate my progesterone levels. I am currently 35 and since I turned 32 my PMS and ovulation has become problematic. I suffer from very painful ovulation and I found thata bit of progesterone cream helps. But in the last 6 months I have begun to experience ovulation multiple times during my lunar cycle. My nails haven't been growing like they used to, my breasts get painful and sore weeks before my period was starting. I was aware of my ovaries frequently throughout the month instead of just when I ovulated. I decided to try this and it has worked wonders!! My breasts pain was completely gone in 3 days. It did not return during the menstrual cycle at all. I had almost no cramps, bloating or general discomfort. I didn't have the back spasms or headaches that I normally experience during that time. I went through a whole menstrual cycle and didn't need to take ibuprofen to regulate pain! It is great! I am having less mood swings as well and it has only been 2 weeks since I started taking Moody Bird. I am telling everyone about this product!!

I bought it in August 2022. I been taking them each month for the last 4 months along with other supplements to support mood swings for PMS and PMDD. The first 2 months I only took these due to moods. I typically take 10 to 12 days before my menstrual cycle. I noticed a improvement in my moods, tolerance and patience. The second month I was still agitated and the 3rd month taking them 10 days around cycle it was easier. I would say they are worth it especially to avoid medication. I am a believer in minimal side effects if any with supplements rather than medication. My recommendation is try for 60 to 120 days to get good solid comparable results.
