Sturdy seed starters
I will definitely be able to reuse these seed starting trays. They are sturdy and higher quality than the big box stores for a lot less in price. They arrived quickly and wrapped very well.

Very sturdy, but unusable with 1020 trays without modification.
These trays are great if you are using without a bottom tray. If you are using a 1020 tray, you'll have to cut the edges of these plug trays off in order for them to fit without sagging and causing seedling death due to drought.

Frustrating to Water Due to Size
I would strongly deter gardeners from buying these. Unless you have a lot of cooking trays or plastic containers to put them in these trays in, they will be too wet in the center and not wet enough off on the outside. This will impact how well your seedlings do quite a bit! Buy something that will fit a standard seedling tray or comes with a tray they fit in.

Great for planting your own starts!
I decided to work my garden from seed this year, since I collected a fair amount last year. I live in zone 7b and have a double growing season, so I wanted the convenience of planting out starts in the spring. These were an excellent solution for starting my seeds indoors in February. For a home gardener, you can get almost an entire garden in one or two of these trays. But, if you're in more of an industrial mood, there are plenty in the pack to plant out full trays of one crop. Also - important to note - these trays do have a hole in the bottom to allow for bottom watering. For the price, this has been the best solution for me.

Helpful with gardening
The media could not be loaded. The trays are thicker than the ones you get when buying flowers. With dry potting soil it can be carried easily. But when the soil is wet you have to hold it underneath with both hand to keep it from bending. It appears durable enough to reuse for next year and beyond. So, that will save money from buying trays every year.If you stack them, it would save water. I used a plastic tray to catch the water at the bottom. The plastic tray was for boots or muddy shoes. I got that from a major big box store. It was inexpensive.I am very pleased with these trays.

Not what I expected.
They did not fit the trays. I had to cut them all apart into 9 cell sections and trim all sides. They now fit but wouldn’t buy them again. 1positive note…..they are sturdy.
