Amazing if you're using it as a slip bag for boxing.
Filled with water it comes out to around 12-16lbs about the weight of a human head. Fantastic in combination with bungee cords for training. Has enough weight to be able to take a tough jab while still light enough to slip and dodge. 10/10 worth every penny.

It works as long as you're careful
I had to buy this because it's the exact model used in a robotics competition. There is an threaded hole for inflation at the bottom that comes with a white, plastic cap for sealing it. The cap isn't very effective at keeping water out: after a few dozen hours in the pool, the buoy was about 1/4 full of water. Also, if you lose it, the water pressure will cause the buoy to collapse.

Good quality materials. Quick to inflate (kind of an off inflation port, but easy to get around)
I like it. Good quality materials. The inflation valve is not a shape I was familiar with: basically a small plastic plug that I unscrewed. Good news is I could blow it to full size, and it holds it shape even at 0 psi pressure, so once you have it blown to full size, just tighten the plug back on with a flat head screwdriver and you're good to go.
