We buy flags to put out in our neighborhood on specific holidays and these well made but, the shaft is only 24 inches long and if you are putting into the ground- the THE BOTTOM TIP OF THE FLAG TENDS TO HIT THE GROUD which is not proper flag etiquette- also the gold tip at the top is plastic and comes off easily. I will go back to the original vendor for my next purchase for the neighborhood.

I bought these for my father's grave. I like the better than the hard cotton ones. They don't seem to last too long. Cons: the flag slides up and down on the stick. Also the gold arrow pops off. I sit and hot glue the cap on and dab glue on the stick and make the flag stay in place. They last 3 to 4 months depending on the weather. The price is a bit high considering the maintenance you have to do to make it work. Still like the flags.

The flags are good quality. We left them out for a month and the haven't faded very much. The sticks are short. If you push them into the ground, the flag is pretty much on the ground. The big problem is that the flags are not attached to the sticks. We tried staples. That didn't work. We tried tape. That looked bad. We used a drill and small screws in the end. Still, under high wind, the flag ripped from the screw and we then tried hot glue, which was a mess, but worked.

Nice quality, BUT: For the size of the flag, the sticks are too short ~ If you stick them in the ground the flag will touch the dirt.

Don’t buy these if you want to FIX the flags before you can use them. None of the tips are attached they just fall off and flags are not attached to the stick. I have to hit glue these before using and lost 4 of the tips. I wrote to the company with no reply so I’m here to warn others to buy elsewhere. When I went to amazon and clicked the company website it’s shows it’s down.

Thoroughly satisfied—the flags were placed on veteran’s graves at our cemetery!! They are very nice!. They will remain there until veteran’s Day services are held!
