Great noise reduction
My husband uses these all the time. Mowing yard, bowling the patio off, vacuuming and helping my son to build his home in the mountains. Always around your neck and easy to insert. A must for anyone!

Very nice
I like these. My ears are sensitive so I can’t use foam one that you squish and put in your ear. I’ve normally used ‘muffs’ which work really well but can be hot and prevent me from wearing a hat. These are light, block the sound and allow me to wear a hat and/or sunglasses.

Good earplugs
They don't seal real great and allow dust to enter your ear

Not fit for fat heads, noise suppression is so-so
This ear pro was made seemingly for children, or at least not the standard adult head, because it does not fit over your head at all. Even the instructions tell you to put the "bail" under your chin - but that is not only annoying, it restricts your head movement, and when you look down the plugs pop out of your ears. Using the bail on the back of the neck means you can't use a yard tool with a shoulder strap, like a trimmer or a leaf blower, because the noise from the implement comes through the strap to the bail and then reverberates in your ears. The noise reduction is not anywhere near as good as wearing actual foam plugs in your ears. These sit on the outside of the ear canal and do not provide the proper seal for good noise reduction. I used them for mowing and trimming my lawn with both a 4-cycle gas mower and trimmer (which are "quieter" than 2-cycle), and I can say that with that experience I would not recommend these for anything louder, like maybe going to the range, or any OSHA-required-hearing-protection scenarios.

Not comfortable or effective
This ear protection is not very comfortable nor is it very effective. I bought them just to block the noise from my vacuum cleaner and they don’t even do that well. I would never use them at a gun range unless I wanted to go deaf.
