worked great in the east coast snow
These have a plastic bottom with a foam top that gives them a good structure. pull handle was good to pull around the kids and the handles helped them hold on. The side handles are fairly tight to the board, so it makes it tricky for very small kids to hold on.Put a little ski wax on them and they are very fast.
