Easy Solution

I have a hard time taking vitamins and supplements in pill form, so you can't beat the convenience of drink mix packets. I don't mind the taste, but I will say it's heavily reminiscent of those old school Flintstone vitamin chews (even smells like them to me) so keep that in mind. Overall worth the money and easy to use.
