Someone wrote that the power supply was not included, and had to be ordered separately, what power supply?

Is there an option with two microphones or can you add a second microphone?

We cant seem to get the microphone to work even with the volume controls turned up. Also no sound comes out when phone is plugged in. Any suggestions?
