I’ve been using Qunol CoQ10 Gummies for a couple of months and really like them. They taste great (like fruity candy), are easy to take, and I’ve noticed a boost in energy and focus, especially in the afternoons. I love that they’re vegan, gluten-free, and don’t upset my stomach. Minor downsides: they contain a little sugar and can get sticky if not stored cool. Overall, they’re convenient, effective, and enjoyable—definitely something I’ll keep buying.

I'm so glad I said no to statins but yes to CoQ10 Noticeable difference in fatigue and mood and staminaAnd I'm super paranoid about taking anything so I have noticed no ill effects from this and I'm really glad I'm taking it. I did some research decided against statins or red yeast and noticed CoQ10 is purported to treat all the things that were already wrong with me that statins would make worse so I doubled down on this stuff I'm really glad I did!!!

Not sure about effects, but as far as flavor 10/10. These taste exactly like the Orange Slices candy.Idk what will happen if you overdoes on CoQ10, but I promise I’m about to find out. They’re literally candy.
