Lifesaver for New Mums – Soothing and Effective!
As a first-time mum, I was desperate for some relief after my C-section and delivery. These Frida Mom Witch Hazel Perineal Cooling Pad Liners were a game-changer that I added to my hospital bag essentials. They're full-length, medicated with witch hazel, and provide instant cooling comfort right where you need it most. I've been using them for about six weeks now, and I haven't stopped – they're just too good to switch. The pads are incredibly soothing for that tender postpartum area, helping to reduce swelling and ease the pain without any harsh chemicals. They're absorbent, discreet under knickers, and don't leave you feeling sticky or irritated. I loved how they stayed cool for ages, especially during those long nights when sleep was hard to come by. No more raiding the freezer for ice packs – these are reusable in a way that feels hygienic and convenient. At around £15 for 24 pads, they're a worthwhile investment for any expecting mum. I've recommended them to friends, and they've all thanked me. If you're preparing for birth, these are a must-have for your recovery kit. Five stars from me! Just wish they'd make them in larger packs for ongoing comfort.

Good
Highly recommend, really think this helped the healing process: had stitches and used this as well as the spray. Made everything a bit more bearable and smelt nice

Lovely cooling effect
Really helped postpartum, lovely cooling effect and bottle lasts a long time too. Just be careful not to use too much when you have lots of healing taking place as moisture can cause delayed healing and infection

Soothing and very effective for postpartum care
This foam provided quick cooling relief during postpartum recovery and was especially helpful for soreness and stitches discomfort. It’s gentle, easy to apply, absorbs well, and isn’t sticky. I also appreciated that it’s fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin. The only downside is the bottle size — it runs out quite quickly with regular use. Overall, a very effective product and a great addition to any postpartum care kit.

Sooo good.
This was very helpful postpartum especially if you’ve had a tear. It cools and soothes the area and also helps to absorb moisture and dirt. I would definitely buy again if required in the future.
