PRO-SYS Extra Soft Toothbrush with Double Tapered Bristles for Extra Sensitive Gums, Pack of 4 (ADA Accepted)

I was looking specifically for dental hygiene products for my dogs that are accepted by the Veterinary Oral Health Council. These brushes are both American Dental Association-compliant and are accepted for canine use by the VOHC. These have to go through specific requirements and testing to be approved by both of these boards. There are very few who are approved by both. They are soft and good sized for my dogs’ mouths. They are not abrasive and do not cause bleeding. Dental health is overlooked by many pet owners, but good oral hygiene prolongs your dog’s life and quality of life. Get these toothbrushes for your dog or yourself and keep all those teeth as healthy as possible. I absolutely recommend them.

Ive used a medium grade toothbrush for all my life..until my American lady recommend these brushes..shes a dental assistant and is all about teeth, so I got myself some..its like brushing your teeth with velvet..you wont be disappointed!

At a recent visit to my dentist, I was given a PRO-SYS toothbrush and toothpaste. WOW, these are, without a doubt, the best toothbrushes and toothpaste I have ever used. I have sensitive gums, and these brushes are so very gentle on your gums. The toothpaste is a very mild gel (no minty flavor) that cleans your teeth and just leaves your teeth & gums feeling clean and soothed. It may be difficult to think that a toothbrush and toothpaste can make such a difference, but I am telling you, this is the greatest brand on the market!

These are very soft and I don't use them for brushing my teeth, but scrubbing my tongue, and it's great because it doesn't cause bleeding with long use, and can be dropped into the dishwasher easily. I clean my tongue thoroughly for about a minute, which is a lot longer than most people do, so I'm well aware of which "tongue cleaners" are harsh or not, and whether they work well or not. It needs to clean thoroughly, not cause gagging, and not cause bleeding with long use, and be able to be put into the dishwasher without damaging the device or causing rusting or other gunk to build up. I've used many different tongue brushes, scrapers, scrubbers, and gagets, and none work well overall, except for this and the Tung (not a typo) brush. All others either cause bleeding, don't clean the tongue well, cause gagging, or can't be put through the dishwasher. A toothbrush can work well, but even soft brushes cause bleeding with lots of use to ensure a very clean tongue, and they cause gagging and many can't be put into the dishwasher because of gimmick rubber stuff on the handles (glue melts or deteriorates). In comparison to the Tung brush, this one does cause a little gagging when reaching back on the tongue, like any normal brush would. However, it doesn't cause any bleeding at all with long use. It is incredibly soft and flexible. It can go into the dishwasher because it doesn't have any rubber gimmick stuff on the handle or the brush head. It also fits into my toothbrush holder. Some of the very soft brushes don't fit into my toothbrush holder. If this brush was low-profile, it would be ideal. I may try cutting the other brush bristles shorter, but part of the softness is the tapered tip, so it may end up not being as soft once is has sharp edges.
