Exceeded My Expectations – Like New and Even Better! I couldn’t be happier with my Amazon Renewed iMac (Mid 2020, 27-inch Retina 5K, 3.8GHz 8-Core i7). When it arrived, I was overjoyed to find it in absolutely perfect condition—not a scratch or blemish anywhere. It truly looks and feels brand new. To my pleasant surprise, instead of the listed 512GB SSD, my iMac came with a full 1TB of SSD storage. This unexpected upgrade made an already great purchase even better! Performance is outstanding, the display is gorgeous, and everything works flawlessly. I am extremely impressed with the quality and care put into this renewed product. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a 27-inch iMac—you won’t be disappointed!

I bought it to replace my 2017 27" iMac that could not be updated and was running off an external SSD due to failure. This iMac works perfectly and other than a small scratch on the screen looks perfect as well. I was able to update it to Tahoe and transfer all my data. It has 1 TB storage, more than what was listed. I am very pleased with my purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a computer from them on 10/10/25, and not even two months have past and the computer just randomly shuts off and glitches. They won’t replace it, and they keep referring you to Asurion. Asurion has to then ship you a box to ship it to them, for them to try and fix it; and if it’s not redeemable then you get a replacement. But that means you have to go 10+ days without your computer. So if you have a job you’re absolutely screwed! Terrible terrible terrible service!! Save yourself DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY! Please go somewhere else.

I liked the Mid-2020 iMac. But the Technical Descriptions read different on different web pages. So which one to believe? Specifically, one page says Mid-2020 while another makes no mention of the model year. As well, the tech font is so small, one needs a magnifying glass to read - specifically the size of the internal HD: On a glance, it looks like 1TB SSD HD until you read it using a magnifying glass. Then you can see 512GB SDD HD. I would have definitely kept this unit had the internal HD been either a 1TB or 2TB SSD HD. But the 512GB was just too small for my purposes. Had I known this before placing the order, I would have not. As a result, when I eventually received the package, I did not even open the after-Apple shipping box and returned it the same day as I received it. Am still waiting for my refund.

Excellent computer. The mouse did not work for right clicking and they forgot to put in the power cord. They sent it right away. It actually has a terabyte of storage and I was able upgrade right away to Tahoe. Super fast. Love it!

Nice computers! I've dealt with these sellers several times, and got what I paid for or better every time. These machines are nominally functional, cosmetically in excellent / like new condition, were very well-priced and well-packed, and came early. No complaints at all.

I was very tentative about buying a "refurbished" 27" imac. However, when the imac arrived it looked new, without a single blemish. Packaged well, easy to set up. Included was a NEW Apple wireless keyboard and NEW magic mouse. I'm happy that I received the exact computer that I ordered, and it arrived in excellent condition. In fairness, I can't comment on tech support because I never needed to reach out to them. All good, working perfectly.

I promise I know it’s a few years old so I can understand the dent on the base, BUT to pay a premium for a Refurbished iMac and get a cheap plastic non working keyboard and mouse that won’t connect is ridiculous for 800.00 Mac.
