Very good and did not break apart
I made palabok for the first time yesterday - it was a success. I inadvertently did not follow the instructions on soaking the noodles first and went straight to boiling them. I had to gently separate the noodles while they were boiling and let it soak for a while longer in the hot water. The noodles were firm and perfect. I did not have smoked fish but used bonito flakes. Delish!
