To arc international. i only need the lid, i have several pitchers and the lids are broken. do you sell only the lids?

It is clear with a white lid. It is not light blue.

Does the 9 1/2" height go up to the top of the lid?

Mine is actually measuring almost 9-3/4" to the top of the lid, and your liquid inside could reach just under the lid at approximately 8".

How wide is the opening?

almost 3 inches. It actually IS 3 inches at the top of the opening -- but it narrows (angles) down to 2-3/4 inches where the top settles into the opening.
