Great gift item for foodies, hot sauce lovers, DIY people. Packages came in a nicely packed, professional looking box and all the ingredients were meticulously packaged. I especially liked the easy instructions since I was a bit worried when I ordered that it might be too complex to make. But the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I made the mild version hot sauce in their instructions but added 1 ghost pepper to give it a boost and I like the result: a definite kick, but not spicy at all (YMWV), picture is included. I had it with the omelette that wife made and it went perfectly. Each batch will make about three bottles so the kit will last for a bit depending on how much you use hot sauce. After I finish the hot sauce I made, which should go pretty quickly since it is mild, I plan to make the medium version but maybe change the recipe a bit. Enjoy and definitely a gift that you will like.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a hot sauce fanatic and he absolutely loved it. Said it was his favorite present and he made the first "test" batch the next day. This kit really comes with quality contents and ingredients - the bottles and pre-printed labels don't feel cheap at all. The peppers included were huge! It comes with plenty of ingredients for at least a few 2-3 bottle batches, which is more than enough to get started. The entire kit was a huge hit. I would definitely recommend as a gift idea and would buy again.

This was a great gift for my boyfriend. He thoroughly enjoy receiving it and being able to customize his own hot sauces. He made 2 different recipes and they both taste amazing. It came with great ingredients and several different dried peppers. I wish it came with more recipes, as we found ourselves searching online for additional options.

This hot sauce kit was a super cool gift. My boyfriend and I really like trying new things and like hot sauce. So this was a good bonding activity for us. We now have decided to become sauce chefs! :) We made our first sauce this past weekend with this kit and found we had everything we needed in the kit for the hot sauce recipe we chose. Although we think our first sauce could have used some more work, our families (who are brutally honest) actually really liked our sauce. Absolutely love it, I bought it on sale for my bfs birthday and you definitely get a lot for your money even if it wasn't on sale. The appearance of everything just looks so fun. We haven't made any yet but we're excited to make and try them!
