I've used this brand for a while now. it is effective and rarely gives me the next-day melatonin headache. The flavor is good, not too bitter nor too sweet. They are a good value for the number of tablets. I sleep pretty well with them, but lie with any melatonin, they do cause me to have some very vivid dreams.

On occasion, I have issues sleeping and while I don't take these every single night, they do on occasion help me fall asleep. I like melatonin because of the natural ingredients. They do dissolve quickly and I like that they're 10mg, which is the does that works for me. You really shouldn't take more than 10mg. My last bottle of another brand was 5mg and I had to take two instead of one. These are small, so they're very easy to swallow and are effective in just giving me a little extra to fall asleep. I've purchased these on two occasions and would rebuy again when this bottle runs out. This brand is a good value and they arrived quickly after ordering.

So I guess I have a little “melatonin bar” in my night stand by now and I have figured out how it works for me. Melatonin doesn’t work the same for everyone, if at all, but this is what I have experienced. With all doses I feel sleepy after 30min and in an hour I’m fighting to keep my eyes open. 1mg - Tastes like candy. Helps me routinely fall asleep and stay asleep. Most of the time I will dream where I used to only occasionally remember my dreams. It consistently gave me stressful dreams and nightmares for the first couple weeks, but didn’t disturb my sleep. I wake up feeling fine. 3mg - Tastes like an out of season strawberry. I will sleep longer if I don’t set an alarm and always remember at least a little of my dreams. No trouble waking up. I wake up feeling fine. 10mg - Tastes bitter with a faint hint of strawberry but I don’t have to choke it down. Once I’m out, I’m OUT. If I wake up to go to the bathroom I can continue the dream I was having or have similar dreams. I can sleep for a straight 12 or more hours if I don’t set an alarm and sleep in a dark room. I wake up groggy and have a headache after an hour or so, which it lasts all morning. I don’t like this dose, but I’m hanging on to it just in case altering my sleep schedule is worth the hangover. Maybe I’ll split them in half. I love that this brand sweetens with xylitol so you aren’t eating harmful artificial sweeteners or encouraging cavities if you take it after brushing your teeth. Just make sure you hide it from pets since xylitol is fatal for cats and dogs, even in small doses ...something about organ failure I can’t recall entirely. Just hide it if your pets are nosy. One of these tablets a night helps me drift off to sleep. Dissolves quickly for the most part. Little bit of an aftertaste so that is why 4 stars instead of 5

These are great, in the past I would often wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to get back to sleep so I'd get up go find my pill version and get a cup of water. I hated having to get up and possibly disturb my wife in the process. Now I keep this bottle on my nightstand and just reach over to and take either a whole or in most cases just bite the tab in half, no need to get a cub of water. They work as well as the pill versions and do help me get back to sleep fast. Leaves a decent taste in the mouth, so again no need to get up and get water.

They do work faster than the usual pills. It has a decent grape flavor: my child and I both pop one per night and it helps us get legitimately sleepy within 60 minutes.

Works very well. I take 20mg melatonin and 25mg Unisom and fall asleep within 15 minutes. I have hard time staying asleep but this combo seems to help. Great value for the money. I sleep great and feel refreshed in the morning. Will order again.
