Is it possible to remove the HDD and fit a 360mm rad?

No, not without structural modification. there is 14.25 inches from the inside of the case (under the hard drive) to the end of my 240mm radiator.

Would you be able to install an entire water cooling system to cool the ram, gpu and cpu?

Maybe mine does not have ram but my gpu and cpu are water cooled with hardline.

Does the side panel window seem high quality or does it look like cheap plastic?

High quality, the case is very well made and put together, it can fit all u throw at it, just make sure you get an sfx type power supply, a standard one wont fit

How many fans will this case come with, and what are the fan mounting options?

This case by default comes with 2 120mm fans in the front that intake air. In total there are 4 slots for 120mm fans with 2 more located on the top/side of the case to allow airflow directly to the GPU area.
