Better price than most modern looking faucets. Easy to install, great to wash dishes with

the faucet is well built and easy to install, unfortunately we needed extra hardware for the install on our camper where the fittings that come with the faucet did not match our trailers plumbing. we have only had it for a month or so and the pleasure is still strong and a great improvement I do recommend this product.

But what truly sets this experience apart is the customer service. I ran into a small issue with the faucet well past the warranty date, and I reached out just to see if there was anything that could be done. That’s when Ivy stepped in. I have bought this same faucet twice. We were so impressed with it (the water pressure, design, ease of install, value, durability, etc), that we bought it again when we moved to our new house. We’ve had it for a couple of years now, and the faucet itself is still in great working condition, but the black paint has started to chip and I’m considering buying the brushed nickel design in hopes that it will not chip away as easily. The faucet is easy to clean until it isn’t. Once the paint starts chipping, it gets worse with each clean. Still super impressed with this faucet, despite the paint issue. It’s far better than one of the name brand faucets I picked up to replace this one. I had my husband install new name brand faucet, immediately did not like it and reinstalled this one. Checking reviews today on the brushed nickel design to see if it has the same issue. Overall, good product.

Le robinet est très beau et semble robuste (cela fait un mois qu'on l'a installé). Le jet est assez puissant, le couleur est très belle. Le seul problème pour moi, c'est que le bec est trop bas, trop proche de l'évier. C'est un peu gênant quand on veut remplir un verre et encore pire une bouteille d'eau. Même quand on fait la vaisselle, nos mains touchent sans cesse le bec et doit tourner le robinet pur le mettre sur le côté, avant de le remettre pour rincer. Le fit qu'on ait un seul bac rend la chose un peu agaçant.
