Me and my whole familly love all Duru’s product it is amazing and you can trust their product so when i grew up in Turkey my mom just was buying Duru’s product yes this wheat is really turn on very good food i am very glad i can find it on Amazon my Turkish stuff and you guy’s won’t regret with Duru with so i really highly recommend thank you Duru 👏🏻🤍🙏🏻

This is a good product, has good flavor, is versatile for many uses. The only reason I subtracted a star was the packaging is not practical for dispensing the bulgur or for resealing the package. Also the directions were not immediately findable on the package. But those are relatively small things. The product itself is good and lasts a long time. Just would suggest the company consider a better packaging alternative.

Quick and easy to cook. Healthy alternative to rice
SUPER easy to prepare. boil 2x the amount of water to grain.... pour on grain.... cover and let soak for 30 minutes or so... there will be some excess water/ moisture. I then move cooked grain into strainer and let drain a little more. Refrigerate and you have prepped nutritious rice substitute (shrimp, vegetables, onions, etc...) for 3-4 days.

Easy to prepare, great substitute for rice.
So quick and easy to fix for a substitute for rice, no rinsing necessary with this brand. I use the medium bulgur, for one serving put three tablespoons of bulgur in a shallow Corning ware dish, add one half cup of chicken broth and one quarter cup of water, then simmer on medium heat for about five to ten minutes or until the liquid almost disappears. After that move it to the warming unit (already heated) for about ten minutes, until the liquid is all absorbed. Delicious!
