Incredibly durable - outlasted 2 phones!
I bought this case to replace the same exact case I bought over 4 years ago. 4 years! Of constant, daily use! The case outlasted 2 phones! I bought the first case for my iPhone 6s, and it lasted the entire life of the phone (2 years) with no problems. I then bought the iPhone 8s, which was the same size and could fit the same phone case. It lasted the 2+ years that I kept that phone as well. I then got the iPhone SE (2020), and since it is the same size as the 6s and 8s, I used the same case. Shortly after I transferred the case to the SE, it started to come apart around the volume buttons on the phone. The quality and durability far surpassed what I expected or even hoped for. The new version I bought (which is the subject of this review), is identical in quality and design as the old one, meaning that unless Apple revives the same size phone 2 years from now, this case will outlast the brand new iPhone SE that I just got. How many people have cases that outlast the phones? Twice? I was concerned years ago that as the case aged, the credit cards would be able to slip out accidentally with normal use. In over 4 years of constant use, that NEVER HAPPENED. Not once. There is a sort of clamp that keeps the cards securely in place, but that doesn’t make removing the cards difficult. The only times cards accidentally came out — and there were only a handful of times — was when the phone fell in exactly the right way such that the force of the fall bounced the cards out of the holder. FYI: I keep 2 credit cards and my NYS driver’s license (which is slightly thinner than a credit card) in my case. The case won’t hold more than 3 cards, and I can’t speak to how well it would keep 2 or 1 cards secure. I’ve always held 3 cards. I will say that the case did cause wear on the edge of a credit card after about 12 months of use. The edge will catch and wear on the plastic clamp inside the pocket that holds the cards. You can either put up with that wear and replace the card when this happens, or else there is a way to carefully put cards in so they don’t experience that wear — a bit of pressure on the cards to angle them slightly away from the plastic clamp inside the pocket will do it. I have not had any wear on my cards in years after making that minor change in habit. Speaking of that, it should be mentioned that I never had any real damage done to my phone from a drop while this case was in it. I take good care of my phones, but occasional drops happen, and this case successfully protected my phone every time. Add a good quality screen protector, and your phone will look brand new after 2 years of use, like BOTH my 6s and 8s looked when I was done with them. I can’t recommend this case highly enough. I never carry a wallet anymore. My phone stays protected. My credit cards don’t slip out. The case will outlast 1 or even 2 phones. What more could you possibly want?

Best phone case I've ever owned.
It's not often that I have no complaints about a product but this, so far is very good bordering on great. The case fit my i-phone perfectly--all buttons and features work. Protection is adequate. I've dropped it a few times--no damage and all cards stayed in place. Despite doubling as a wallet, this doesn't seem any more bulky that a standard phone case. It fits nicely in my pocket and in a belt pouch I use to keep my phone handy while horseback riding. It holds three cards comfortably and securely as advertised--I could get another one in but that would make it more difficult to get them out when I need them. It will also accept a couple of folded bills--once again there's a practical limit but any more storage would make it more bulky as would handy features like a kickstand. Bottom line, if you're looking for a good phone case with storage that combines functionality, sturdiness and value this is definitely worth a look.

Great case to protect and carry essentials
I've had this case for about 4 months now and all I have to say is this is a good case. It's low-key in that it's not terrible bulky like other card-holding cases. I really only keep 2 cards in it: my license and my laundry card (always forget it at home). The mechanism that holds the cards is interesting. It's not like a slip cover that just uses friction to keep the cards in, but it has a tab inaide that pushes up against the case, so anything in between the tab and the case is secured. Easy and comfortable to grip, and doesn't slip nearly as much as other cases I've had in the past. I know there's an image on here that shows the edge lining around the case is sort of textured and it may look a little weird but you can't see it unless you're REALLY looking at it--the texturing helps with the grip. Buttons all line up, so do holes for charging and speakers. It has the smallest lip sticking out over the screen of the phone, which I like, since it protects the screen should the phone call face down. One of the biggest pluses: it doesn't scratch. All of my cases (even OtterBox) have scratched on the back, making them look ugly after just a few months of use. So far, not a 1! And trust me, not for lack of dropping it. I'm clumsy, which is why it's important for me to have a good sturdy case. Phone is well protected and the case holds up like new. The verdict: GREAT case, likely my last one.

Perfect and convenient
This phone case fits perfectly. The volume up down buttons respond nicely. I managed to fit 1 credit card, driver license, insurance card,Panera card and $20 dollar bill into the slot creating just a small tad of a bulge. Anymore than that would not work. I can push out and push back in the cards with relatively ease. Even with just 2 cards, they feel very secure with no risk of falling out. The surface is smooth but not so slick that you feel like the phone is flying out of your hand. The very slight textured sides help a little bit. I actually wish that there is more texture to the sides so I can feel more secured. I bought a tether tab to insert inside the case so I can clip a strap to it for extra security. This really helps when I travel take lots of pictures. I wish there are more color choices. But all in all a perfectly slim case that fits perfectly and does the job as described.

Love it. It can carry 5 cards with a caveat!!
I've had this case for exactly 4 months now and I'm extremely happy with this purchase. I always had to grab three things before leaving the house: my keys, wallet, and phone. I wanted a phone wallet case so that I longer have to carry my traditional wallet, but didn't want a bulky one. The reviews for the case were great but I was still worried about the bulkiness, having seen the size for the iPhone 7/8 Plus models. My coworker happened to have one for the iPhone 7/8 that I tried on my phone and that worry was gone. And it comes with a screen protector film, an added plus! After I got one ordered and delivered, it was time for me to decide which cards I need to carry and which ones to leave behind. It's a decision you'll have to make if you are thinking of getting one of these and no longer carrying your wallet in your pockets. 4 credit card-sized cards is the perfect capacity for this case as it makes it easier to pull one that you need out with very little effort. I personally carry 5 cards. The 5th is a thinner and more flexible plastic than the average credit card. It makes for a very tight fit, which unless I need the top or bottom cards in the case, I have to push all the cards out to get to the card I need. I suppose that would be the same experience if you carry 4 cards plus cash with this case. As far as the protection provided by the case, so far so good. The case feels sturdy enough, and as I mentioned, it comes with a screen protector. The case have an overall matte finish and the sides have a nicely finished extra matte for added grip that I've never had an issue with the phone slipping out of my hands. The slots for the camera, speakers, charging port and silence-mode are perfectly cut out. So, a great phone case regardless of the wallet functionality.

Perfect case for my daily commute. Solid improvement from previous iPhone case
I am a HUGE fan of this case! I had it for the duration of my iPhone 6 and only bought the iPhone 7 after first making sure there was an iPhone 7-compatible Vault case (which there was!). As a daily commuter from NJ to NYC, I need an iPhone case that lets me easily access my MTA Metrocard, PATH card, NJ Transit ticket and other spare tickets while commuting with a coffee in one hand. This case is snug, stylish and perfectly functional at what it does (which is SO important when you trust your most valuable cards in it). The case does exactly what I need it to without me ever fearing if my cards will slip out. I've personally recommended it to at least 10 other passengers that have seen and asked me about it. It's also been a great case to have when traveling, going out to bars, and for those times when I need to quickly slip in a valet or coat check ticket. The newer version of this case has some nice refinements! I love the no-slip edge grip and the button actions feel more solid. The cutouts also seem more perfectly aligned with the phone. All in all this is the BEST iPhone wallet case around.

Everything you need .. nothing you don't !
I had a Moto g, phone -wallet. It was great. Had a magnetic cover for the phone , that went inside the wallet, to you could detach it from the wallet. I just found that it was cumberson with money, cards, phone, credit card "pages" etc. What I RELLY like about his wallet cover is; 1.) The color. Mine is a teal blue. Great looking!! My old phone/wallet was black and blended into the black carpet of our cars. So I often couldn't see it. 2.) I will hold 4 cards MAX. I only have my drivers license and two other cards. I don't carry cash. I just use a money clip for that. It works out pretty good, and I almost never use cash, but have a secrete hiding place in car just in case. 3.) At first , the cards were difficult to get out of. I struggle as they stuck to the silicone. After a few times, they seemed to slide in and out much easier. 4.) I dropped my NEW iPhone 7 on the concrete walkway, face down, and it protected it flawlessly. That was a major test for it's protection value. 5.) For $15.00, this is a screaming deal. Also, all the buttons, i.e. volume control rockers, and camera, are easy to access and nothing is covered or difficult to operate.' "Try it, you'll like it!"

Awesome, sleek, very nice case!
For me, this is the best value wallet case with all the features you need! I'm on a little minimalist wallet kick lately so it made perfect sense for me to try this iphone SE2 phone case. I actually ordered this case, and the newer version, vol 2, to compare! I will be keeping them both, because they're both GREAT cases, but serve different purposes. I really love these cases because they are slim, and leave the face of the phone un-covered so it's easy to use as a standard phone one handed and still slips into pocket easy. One big point to make is that this case looks like the back is a hard plastic. It's NOT, it's a rubbery plastic blend that flexes and has a softer feel. Much easier on the hands and in the pockets! I added a photo to see them side by side, both with 3 cards in each. Here's my comparison of this case vs the newer vol2: Vol1 (this case): + Case fits phone perfectly + Attractive shape, not too thick + Holds 1-4 cards great, maybe more? + Internal spring holds 1 card by itself without looseness, or 4 + Doesnt really look obviously like a wallet, hides cards while having easy access - Slightly thicker than vol 2 - Rubbery plastic back doesnt feel that great in hand Vol2 (new version of this case): + Attractive and slimmer case, very professional looking + Case feels amazing and the best in hand and pockets + Leather feels quality in hand and feels like wallet for peace of mind + Use a card as a vertical or horizontal kickstand, cool! - Case fits OK, had to modify buttons for best result - Holds 1 card loosely, barely fits 3 without looking stretched - Obviously looks like a wallet and much more of your cards are exposed In the end, I love both and will keep both. I will use vol1 (this case) as my daily driver because it seems more secure, hides my cards better and fits more cards without a concern of looseness or tightness. I also appreciate that it doesnt look like a wallet. It's also just BARELY thicker than vol2, and I dont mind it. I really, really wish it had a textured or leather back, that would make it the best of both worlds for sure! However, for a professional business meeting, or scenarios where I want to look my best and know I'll only need a hotel key, cash and ID I might swap to the newer version of this wallet. Even though it fits less cards and is less secure, it is slimmer and has a more professional look! Both rock, ESPECCIALLY this one!
