So effective!!
I’ve completely switched to Surf Smart Shots. They clean better than powders or liquids and are so much easier to use. One pod, one perfect wash. Clothes feel soft and smell fresh for days. I love how compact and efficient they are. Definitely worth keeping stocked in the laundry room.

Bittersweet!
Likes: 1. Time saving. Just pop those gel shots in and shut your WM lid. 2. Uniformly distributed in WM tub to clean all sides of each cloth item 3. Good mix of detergent, softener and fragrance in each shot Dislikes: 1. The box/container has a poor design and one has to wrestle to open it. Even if guidelines are give in images, not helpful. 2. Gel shots in the base of the packet stick to other units and rip apart if you tug to separate them. You'll be forced to use all the stuck ones in the same run.. not efficient,but wasteful. Overall, using it in laundry is a good experience but packaging needs more thinking by manufacturer.
