Has anyone had a problem with the Velcro not sticking together well ?

Not since I used them and I had to apply them everyday for about 90 days from post surgery. I never had that problem at all.

How long does it stay cold for ?

Hi Customer, Please place Relief Expert Ice Pack for Leg, Knee and Hip into package included zipper bag, then place it into freezer for at least 4 hours. Make sure freezer has been set at below -0.4°F/-18℃. Then enjoy cold therapy for 15-30mins. Treatment time should not exceed 30 minutes. Hope it can help you! Relief Expert Support Team

How long does it stay cold for?

Longer than it would be advisable to leave it on. This was great for my knee replacement.
