Easy setup and simple to use app.
Had this up in running within minutes of opening the box. Attached it to a 21x21 matrix with zero problems. The app was surprisingly easy to use. You have a ton of fun options in there to play with.Placement of the actual unit is important. You'll have to work out the sensitivity settings vs distance from the unit to get the effects your after. My next task is to experiment with the aux input vs the built in mic. Will update the review when I get around to ordering a 3.5mm male/male cord for the connection.

Super cheap and super awesome
Incredibly simple to setup. I had it running in less than 3 minutes with 14 strips of 100 leds. The data line had to be split in order to run all 1400. So it was like 700 and 700 in parallel.Lots of display options to select.Very happy so far.

Decent controller
Couple negitives but its a decent controller.For starters I build led signs all the time and like having the addressable leds. So I am use to using them often. This device is pretty straight forward and easy to use.1st negitive. Ws2812b even though they say you can use the ws2811 setting on the app I have yet to get them to work other then a quick white flash.2nd. at times the device looses connection and will not connect. You need to power cycle off for a good 10 seconds for it to fully reset.

Does not light white led on sk6812_rgbw
Selected SK6812_RGBW in the led chord app and the white led does not light. I bought this for under counter lighting and the white led doesn't work it's really no good.

Makes controlling LEDs sooooo easy
Item is well built and the app is easy to use. The only issue will have is choosing your favorite color/ pattern.
