Great book
From the opening pages, to the last, this book summed up how to take your plant and make it "lean." I have used the guidelines in the book at work and it has seemed to work seemlessly. The information was sound and true. If you are looking for a down to earth approach and a way to get it done, then get this book!

Everything here can be obtained on the internet. Dont waste money on this book.
