Do I need to remove it from the ground to protect it from frost in winter? What happens to all the little nozzles, sprinklers, etc?

I've left the tubing and drip nozzles outside over the winter (Northern Virginia) without any ill effects. The big thing here is that they MUST be completely dry inside as it is the ice formation that will damage the product. I either drip dry or blow out the tubing depending on location/configuration. AND, make sure you bring inside any timers, valves, faucet connections, filters, etc...I'd expect those would not do well outside if below freezing.
